About me!
On a random Tuesday during a lunch break in the first grade, a representative from The Washington Ballet gave my class an impromptu lesson, and that moment changed my life. I would go on to join the young company and at the age of 8, fell in love with the mysticism that is the performing arts. While my dream of being a ballerino has long subsided since realizing I was incapable of doing my full splits, the passion for performance has stuck with me.
My name is Eric Easter and I am an actor, writer, and filmmaker based in New York City. My acting journey began with The Nutcracker and has taken me to the worlds of Shakespeare, Sam Shepard, Susan Lori Parks, and many other great artists who I am constantly inspired by in my ambition to become as well rounded as I can possibly be. Growing up in a household filled with music, fine arts, literature, and even business, as an actor, I want to make sure that my work is constantly being fueled by the beautiful and ever changing world around me.
